We stand behind every jewelry we create and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked.
Right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance trade:
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to give up a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than delivery. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period of returning a Good or giving up a Service expires within 14 days from:
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good - if the Buyer orders by a single order multiple products that will be delivered separately.
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or piece - in the case of delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts.
For custom made jewellery (customer specifications), we can provide a refund if it is found to be non-compliant with the quality standard. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at sales@valmand.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Returned jewelry must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be deemed acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Valmand® will not be accepted.
We will process your refund within 2-14 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 1-7 working days to credit your account.
