The safest way to find out the size of the ring is in the presence of a jeweler. If you want to measure the size of the ring at home without visiting the store, then you can use the methods below.
Different countries use various standardized systems for ring size. In Europe, ring size is measured in millimeters, but in the US and Canada, ring size is measured in inches.
Valmand offers free resizing of the rings during the warranty period (24 months)!

Method 1

Cut a strip of paper or use a non-slip tape. Wrap it around your ring finger, making sure it is neither too tight nor too wide. The ideal size for a ring is when it can be rotated without falling off the finger. Make a mark where the wrapped paper or ribbon touches the free end. Using a ruler, measure the size of the paper, from the free end to the mark you made, this is your ring size.

Method 2

Another method would be to use a "DIY Ring Sizer", print the PDF with the Measurement Guide. Cut the ring sizer with scissors and wrap it tightly around the finger you want to find the approximate size you want to find, inserting the sharp tip into the slit created at the base of the sizer. Remember the number aligned with the slit, this is a measure in the US system, use the table below to convert it to European measure (inside circumference mm).

Method 3

Select a ring that properly fits the intended finger. Use a ruler to measure the inside diameter and use the table below to convert to European size.
Or print the Ring Size Guide and place the ring over the circles below, matching the inside edge of the ring to the circle nearest in size. This measurement refers to the inside diameter of the ring. If the ring falls between two sizes, choose the intermediate size (mm).

Ring Size Tips

- The fingers of the dominant hand are generally larger, ensuring that you measure the right finger.
- Wider rings require a larger size. Try to measure a ring with a similar width as the ring you want to purchase.
- Fingers tend to change their size during the day, the best time to take the measurement is at the end of the day.
- The ring should be easy to pass through the joint but not be too loose or it will fall or twist
