2. 3D Design
Our expert CAD designer will create the jewelry at the exact dimensions and according to your specifications, it will give us a 3D image of how it will look. At this point, we can customize the engagement ring, making sure we really captured your vision before it will go into production.
Our goal is to create the perfect engagement ring and jewelry that will last for generations. We will discuss the structural aspects of the jewelry to make sure that the final engagement ring is as durable as it is beautiful.
3. Creating the Perfect Jewelry
Skilled craftsmen of our workshop use the latest production technology to create your custom jewelry. Like each of our jewelry, it will be hand finished by our master jewelers. They are the best in the field, with years of experience and demanding standards, resulting in a refined workmanship. Every Valmand piece of jewelry is subjected to rigorous quality assurance checks, which is why we offer a complete guarantee with full confidence.
4. The Great Reveal
The finished jewelry will be presented in a luxury package, ready to be delivered in the showroom or to be shipped to you safely. Now you are ready for the great revelation, with the confidence gained because you know that you have ordered something truly extraordinary and correct in all respects.

Thanks to our experience of over 30 years and the fact that we own our own production plant, you can be sure that the end result will be exceptional. And just to put your mind at ease, we offer a 24-month warranty.

The word "custom" may sound daunting, but it is not reserved for those with an unlimited budget. No matter how modest or grand your requirements, we can create a custom piece of jewelry to suit any style. Prices are calculated according to the choice of metal, stones and the complexity of the design. At Valmand, you can expect a transparent pricing structure that includes every step of the process.

We ask for a deposit before we do any CAD design for a custom piece of jewelry, which is also the only proof that we are going to handle a real order.

Absolute. We can reuse the precious stones and we offer the possibility to pay with "gold in exchange", basically we reintroduce the old gold into the circuit, and through this process we reduce the exploitation of mines and thus contribute to a healthier planet.

Once the design is finalised, your jewelery will be fully made in our workshops. This allows us to fulfill custom orders within 15 to 45 days and oversee every step of production to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
